Policies - Our Own Items

Turnaround time for in stock items is 2 weeks, plus shipping. If an item must be ordered, please add an another week to turnaround time. If you need your item sooner, please contact us for our rush fee schedule. Rush orders are subject to staff availability.

Return Policy (on our own items): Personalized items are not returnable, refundable, or exchangeable. Each customer will be sent a proof to approve before stitching. Please make sure and check all order and embroidery details before approving your proof. If you have approved your design and we stitched what you approved, it will not be refunded or exchanged in any way.  If an item is damaged or incorrectly embroidered due to our error, we will gladly replace the damaged item or provide a refund (this is for our own items that we sell in our shop). 

Policies - Outside Embroidery (NOT currently accepting)

Turnaround time for outside monogramming and embroidery is 2 weeks, plus shipping. If you need your item sooner, please contact us for our rush fee schedule. Rush orders are subject to staff availability.

If you are interested in having us embroider your own items, please contact us for approval first. If accepted, we will send you a price estimate as well as a proof to approve before stitching.  Please make sure to check all embroidery details before approving your proof.  If you have approved your design and we stitched what you approved, it will not be refunded or replaced in any way.  All efforts will be made to make sure your items are embroidered perfectly; however, we do NOT replace or reimburse outside items that are damaged in the embroidery process. You assume ALL risk by sending your items to us.

We do not currently accept bulk orders or industrial style logo work.

Shipping

We ship to the USA and Canada via USPS Priority Mail and / or UPS. We provide a tracking number for all items shipped. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed or misplaced by shipping carriers.
